Fine Tuning preview: 8/25/19

Lots happening this Sunday on Fine Tuning! In the album spotlight will be the sensational new release by Sleater-Kinney, "The Center Won't Hold," produced by St. Vincent. I'll also have birthday tributes to Elvis Costello, Wilco's Jeff Tweedy, Van Morrison and ex-Stranglers leader Hugh Cornwell.
