This Sunday in the album spotlight on Fine Tuning I'll be featuring "Shepherd in a Sheepskin Vest," the deeply personal new release from singer-songwriter Bill Callahan. Also in the mix will be a 75th birthday tribute to guitar legend Jeff Beck, plus new music from the Raconteurs, Spoon, Steve Gunn, Keb' Mo' and Bruce Springsteen. Fine Tuning preview: 6/16/19

This Sunday on Fine Tuning I'll be featuring a special 75th birthday tribute to Ray Davies, one of my favorite musicians in the known universe! Guitarist, lead vocalist and main songwriter for the Kinks, Ray will turn 75 on June 21. In the album spotlight will be "Years to Burn," the first collaboration in well over a decade between Calexico and Iron & Wine, plus I'll play new songs by Bill Callahan, Hiss Golden Messenger and Purple Mountains.
