Fine Tuning preview: 8/15/21

This Sunday on Fine Tuning we'll dive into the 50th anniversary reissue of George Harrison's magnificent "All Things Must Pass" album, beautifully remixed under the supervision of George's son Dhani and sounding better than ever. This essential reissue also contains tons of previously unreleased outtakes. Also in the mix will be a birthday tribute to the greatest drummer of all time, Ginger Baker, who would've been turning 82 on August 19th. And to top things off I'll have new music from Robert Plant & Alison Krauss. Their mind-blowing take of Lucinda Williams' "Can't Get Go" is from "Raise the Roof," the long-awaited follow-up to their 2007 Grammy winning collaboration "Raising Sand." Fine Tuning: Sundays from 4 to 6 p.m. on ann arbor's 107one.
